Learn about customization made available through your Instance Settings

With Intelitics you are able to add and customize certain aspects of your instance such as colorways, logos/favicons, payment currency and more.

To access these customizations navigate to Tech > Instance Settings

​Display Name - Here you can change the display shown in initial login page

Browser Title - Here you can update name shown in your browser

Payment Currency (USD, EUR, GPB, AUD, INR, CAD, BTC) - This will update the currency type for your payments to users in the Payments page.

If you would like to update your instance's colors you can do so by changing the color in: Theme Primary Color, Theme Primary Text Color, Theme Secondary Color, Theme Secondary Text Color.

If there is a new Logo or Favicon you would like placed in your instance you can upload through our Logo and Favicon fields.
​The height for your logo will be automatically adjusted to 30px

If you make changes to your logo or favicon and do not see the change after refreshing your page we recommend clearing your cache as a troubleshooting method.

NGR Formula - If your system is using a custom NGR calculation it will be displayed here.

Allowed Payment Options - You can customize what payment options are allowed for your users to use in order for them to receive payment. The allowed currency types are EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, INR, CAD, and BTC. Here is the list of payment options currently supported by Intelitics:

*PayPal is also a payment option for USD only

Conversion Keys

Within your platform instance you have the option to require conversion keys when sending event data via s2s endpoints. Please refer to our article detailing conversion keys for a full process on how to generate and utilize.
