Setting Up a Default Agreement

How to set up a default agreement; agreements, CPA, revshare, hybrid, clawback, spend

When viewing the Offer page, select the “Agreements” tab, click “Add Default Agreement”

Specify the default payout for the partners who will be utilizing a “Default Agreement” on this Offer.

Commission Type - The basic structure of deal

  • CPA - Cost per Action
    - Action Type: Specify the payable action, Click, Install, Reg, Deposit, etc.
    - CPA Amount: the amount payable per action type
    - Currency: Payable Currency

  • Revshare - Revenue Share: a percentage of Net Gaming Revenue earned
    - Revshare Percentage: the percentage of NGR payable to the partner

  • Hybrid - A combination of both CPA plus RS deal
    - Action Type: specify the payable action, Click, Install, Reg, Deposit, etc.
    - CPA Amount: the amount payable per action type
    - Revshare Percentage: the percentage of NGR payable to the partner
    - Currency: Payable Currency

  • Clawback - A variation of hybrid, where the CPA is paid in “advance” of RS. RS is not earned till it exceeds the CPA price (ex: If CPA is $20, you will need to earn $21 in RS before any amount is payable, amount earned would be $1). Any negative clawback amounts will carry over into following month, positive amounts will reset each month.

    - Action Type: Specify the payable action, Click, Install, Reg, Deposit, etc.

    - CPA Amount: the amount payable per action type

    - Revshare Percentage: the percentage of NGR payable to the partner

    - Currency: Payable Currency

  • Ringfence Negative Revshare (Hybrid/Revshare only) - If checked, a negative monthly revshare total will be "ringfenced" (calculated as 0) in the payments report. If unchecked, a monthly negative revshare total for given agreement will be included with all other partner revshare earnings
